One minor problem wifi unable to allow connection to video calling, I assume it was strength problem. Worked for usual functions. Let staff know and they said they would get IT to look into it I was there for a week but it never worked

Only good thing i can say about this hotel is the convenient location and friendly receptionist. Everything else was terrible especially hygiene & cleanliness . My room wasn’t clean. Funky smell. Stains and dust were seen almost everywhere. Mainly in the toilet, cabinets and remote control. Hair in the bath. I couldn’t put any of my stuff down because the furniture was dirty. Had to use a plastic bag as cover to use the remote. The mini circular cartons of milk for the coffee/tea making station were expired & dates were clearly not checked. I have never seen a dirty room like this in all my time of staying at a hotel. I paid almost £200 for 1 night. Definitely not worth the money and i will not be staying here again. Very disappointed.
