"We had a wonderful experience at Two Casitas. First off, the location was ideal; very near the Plaza and located at top of hill with great vistas of the city. Second, we had a large group (7 adults, 4 kids) and ate most of our meals from the house, which had the most well appointed kitchen of any property at which we have ever stayed. Third, there was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house with multiple kitchens and living areas, and a large dinner table capable of comfortably fitting...

"We stayed here for a family vacation and we loved everything about the Inn on Alameda. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the free shuttle - it was especially helpful when our rental car broke down and the shuttle driver drove us to our activity for the day. We also loved the restaurant on property - the daily breakfast was fresh and the servers were so attentive. We also love the proximity to Canyon Road and to downtown Santa Fe. I would highly recommend this property. "

"I looked forward to staying at the La Fonda! But unfortunately some of the staff was pretty snotty. They made me fell less than. I was really hurt about that. Just because i didn't wear fancy cloths or my family was a problem.. how rude... and these were young workers and don't need to be treated less than. I will never stay here ever. To expensive to be treated less than. This was supposed to be a treat for my family and i was very disappointed 😞 "

"The staff here seemed very inconvenienced at any question they were asked. Service at the restaurant was slow when we went for drinks. At breakfast the staff was downright rude to us whenever we were near them or asked a question. Checkin offered 0 helpful information such as what time breakfast was. The room however was very clean and comfortable and the location is wonderful. The construction was a bit of an annyance in terms of noise and maniuvering in the parking lot but the team kindly...
