"Check in was easy with directions for the code 24 hours prior. Well equipped kitchen, nice extras of firewood, starters and ice melt. No steps to get into home in one direction. Comfortable beds, pretty decor, easy to operate TV. We built a fire in the fireplace and needed more starter wood, the main office supplied those within minutes and even after hours when I left a message to check if the flu was open on the fireplace got an immediate response. "It was a perfect house for our 5 families, including 7 adults and 3 grandchildren. Each family had its own sleeping area with own bathroom. We loved the pool. Mgmt was wonderful and helpful at every turn. Huge place, but so nice, and perfect for our 50th anniversary family gathering."

"We traveled to Santa Fe in January and there was a lot of snow, we arrived to shoveled stairs and and easy, safe entry. The apartment was warm and has a great view. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. We slept well. The shower in the hall has the hot and cold on it reversed. The tub is great for a warm soak after a chilly day out. We also had deer right outside the window! Easy access to Downtown Santa Fe, Ski Santa Fe and anything else your family may want to enjoy.
