I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. "Great location for Browns Island concert and downtown. Parking free with hotel key. Yummy crab cake in the 2nd floor restaurant and delicious buffet breakfast for about $20. Such friendly, kind, and helpful staff throughout the hotel. If in the area, definitely would stay again."
