"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"Great location for Browns Island concert and downtown. Parking free with hotel key. Yummy crab cake in the 2nd floor restaurant and delicious buffet breakfast for about $20. Such friendly, kind, and helpful staff throughout the hotel. If in the area, definitely would stay again."

"I was in town for graduation and the maid cleaned everyday except for the last day which was strange. The hotel was grossly understaffed and room service took forever. The room service menu options were very limited. "

"If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. Minor inconveniences, excellent service of I go anywhere else with a graduate in town I will be staying there "

"I have to say the front desk staff was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The day shift lady was fanominal! I told her so at the end of my stay, which put Big smile on her face and she thanked me. I proceeded to tip her for her services! The breakfast bar was superb as well. Delicious in fact! Beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels and toiletries, however l always travel with my own toiletries "
