"Our stay was fantastic! The room’s view was gorgeous! We loved the infinity pool overlooking the aqua and royal blue Atlantic waters. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated in Caribbean style and the food & drinks were delicious. The hotel was in a great quiet location yet easily walkable to all the beach restaurants and bars. We enjoyed watching all the many colorful kite surfing on Cabarete and Kite Beaches. Don’t miss going to Encuentro Beach...

"They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card. "The staff is always happy, the food and drinks were awesome. I would recommend cleaning the beach debris in the early morning, not at noon. Also, start updating the old rooms and don't allow manager staff to park in the guest parking. I had to park every day in the employee parking."
