"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marbella. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They upgraded our room when we arrived due to our room not being ready and gave us complimentary drinks at their bar. The suite hotel room was very spacious and very comfortable. The one complaint that we had was the toilet in the bathroom was positioned awkwardly so that the top couldn’t go all the way up. Again very minor inconvenience. "When we arrived, I was told at the desk that there was no reservation for us. Then he checked again after I said it was paid for and verified. That was a little frightening and off putting. The hotel itself was lovely, full of antiques and art. There is construction ongoing behind the hotel which is very loud and makes it difficult to get a good night's rest. I love the Roma Norte area which offers lots of great places to eat and have cocktails but would recommend checking to see if construction...
