"We loved our stay at Casa Emilia. The hotel is a super cute boutique hotel in an amazing location. It is a two minute walk from amazing restaurants and bars. The customer service at the hotel was so good and the daily breakfast was such a nice touch. We stayed in room six and it was big and had a lovely little balcony looking onto the downstairs. It did get hot in the room but we didn’t mind it because of the big window and air con. We will be returning!"

"We had a very nice stay at Casa 9. It is a beautiful and clean property. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good as well, near some excellent restaurant options. I would have given perfect scores but the “virtual” 24/7 concierge was not very responsive to us. I have only seen positive feedback on the concierge service in other reviews so we may have caught him during a bad time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend Casa 9. "

"We love staying at Casa Bis! The folks who work there are awesome and the rooms are super cute/clean. The shower head in our room needs to be resealed as the top of it was spraying out water and the bathroom does have a bit of a funky smell, but these aren’t things that wouldn’t have us coming back over and over again!"

"What a wonderful experience. Starting with a warm greeting upon our arrival, we felt like we were staying in a hotel within a museum or art gallery. Guy and his team have done an amazing job with the property. The roof top is an oasis. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was incredible— best croissant outside of Paris I’ve had. If you are staying in the Roma District of Mexico City this is a must. Thank you for the incredible stay. "

"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order.
