"The apartment was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had items needed, except no dish towels. The shower was big and had a good water flow.For a week stay, more towels would be appreciated. The neighborhood is very walkable and has restaurants nearby. I would recommend the apartment"

"It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running."

"Convenient downtown location. Unit was exactly as shown- clean and updated. Sway was very responsive. The only inconvenience was the guests upstairs went up and down the stairs all night and hung out on the front porch until the early hours."

My stay was peaceful, surrounded by vineyards, tucked behind the larger main house, yet still wonderfully private. "Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend"

"We visited sacremento specifically for the cancer hospital. This home was a 6min drive from the hospital which allowed us to save time on our commute. Since this was a last minute trip we arrived a lot earlier than expected. The owner was so kind to accommodate us checking in early to leave our things and go to hospital. The place is very clean and located on a beautiful street. I would come back as well as recommend this to anyone visiting! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"I brought my teen and small dog into town for a 3 day bicycle stage race. Communication with the owner was great and after we found it (took a minute,) check in was easy. The apartment is a railroad style apartment on the bottom floor of an older house in Midtown so be aware that you won’t see a lot of natural light but you will be surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstore, record store, etc. and not far from old town— the place is charming! "If you like Barbie this is your space. Super cute decor and nestled in the middle of Midtown Sacramento. Very close to a lot of great dining and shopping experiences. Can be a bit noisy on weekends due to volume of visitors to the neighborhood but overall highly recommend!"
