"The staff was great. Friendly and helpful! The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay "

"Everything was great except the breakfast. They had a good selection of food but all of the "hot" food was cold. We ate about 8:30 am. Not only was it uneatable but there is real concern for food poisoning of food not held at high enough temperatures. We notified the staff but there was no response or apology. "

"Sandwiched between Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House with the nicest Walmart ever. Lots of higher dollar hotels in same area. Small bathroom but made up for in Savings "

"The room was good and spacious. We can smell cigarette smoke in the non smoking room and the noise was bad. You get what you pay for."
