The hotel was pretty good but it was the worst continental breakfast we’ve ever had. Food was cold, bread was stale, etc. very disappointing.

There seemed to be a few homeless people that have taken up residence in the area and did not care for travelers. It was an odd experience that had nothing to do with the hotel.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Choo Choo and I was not disappointed! It’s a very easy, quick walk to the Choo Choo (and Clumpies)! We also walked down to the aquarium (about 1 mile away). There is a Carta station super close by so you can ride the free electric shuttle up and down the main road. The hotel is brand new, really nice, great parking, good breakfast, and super friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows and very clean! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, with a comfortable bed and quiet, clean room. Also, you can't be having 24 hours access to free coffee and free breakfast each morning! Would highly recommend.

We came for the Ironman. I was a little concerned about this hotel because a few of the reviews weren’t great. However our experience was amazing. At check in, Harry was warm and inviting. He explained why there was a $15 parking fee. (This is a property in the middle of a city and the fee helps pay for cameras.) Our room was brand new and the pool was small but nice. For dinner, we walked to the near by Public House which was amazing.

This hotel is just 5 minutes from the main downtown area. The staff is great. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean, and big. The parking area is sufficient.

The property & staff were fine but be aware of the fee to park. It is not posted or openly presented anywhere and may change without notice. For the $15 parking fee I would have chosen a different hotel. They do not monitor who is parking or inquire of the make/model of your vehicle. It is an open parking lot to anyone staying or not staying at the hotel.
