"We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :)"

"Great property with wonderful view and close enough to the city if you want to go in. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, not out of rudeness just how the unit was set up. But owners had thought of everything and even included a sound machine to help my husband sleep as he is a light sleeper. In other words the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Would stay again."
"Quite possibly the most inhospitable and cold check in l have ever experienced. Such a pity as the property is generally amazing and steeped in history. The bath tub coating is peeling off and in need of re-coating.

"The staff was great. Friendly and helpful!
The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park.
Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay

"Did not like construction on property but checking in was fairly clear. Location with restaurants nearby is great. My TV cable/dish went out with a storm."

"The hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and the fire pit at evening/night was awesome. Also, its place nearby many attractions in the downtown made things easier for us to hang out in that area.
It would be great if the hotel could have had something for an infant to stay, like a crib. They gave something which was only for play, not sleeping. We had to adjust our bed to the wall so that our 8-month baby girl would not fall while sleeping. The hotel is family-friendly but not infant-friendly.
Also, we didn't like the way breakfast was set up. Wish it could be open buffet instead of per order option which was limited.
Wish there could be a hut tub too besides the pool.
Everything else was awesome."
