"Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time"

"Excellent place. Close to everything. House is as described. Wake up every morning and watch the surfers and yellow tangs from the deck. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Found it hard to leave the deck. Amazing sunsets. Would book again."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again."

"Fantastic stay with 3 generations of family in one household was a joy at your beautiful and spacious home. Loved that we all had our own space and enough bathrooms to get ready. "I took my adult kids to Kona. The house was beautiful and you could listen to the waves crash on the rocks at night. Such a clean and cozy place. Excellent view for those fabulous sunsets. We did get a glimpse of the local turtle and lots of brightly colored fish right from the balcony. We snorkeled right down the street and were not disappointed, tons of fish and so many colors!!! "Patty and John have a little paradise waiting for their guests! "We loved our stay at the Outrigger. Most renovations were done, nearly everything we saw was new, including our incredible ocean view room. While there are only two dining options right now, both were great. The pool/slide/waterfalls were fantastic. Occupancy seemed a bit low, so no waiting for anything and we could take our pick for the best spots at the pool. Manta viewing from the hotel at night was great and we also did the night snorkel tour with manta rays (walking distance from hotel) - was incredible!!"
