“As if Hawaii isn’t spectacular enough already, there is this work of art in the forest that ices the cake. Masterfully built with finishing touches that leave a visitor smiling to herself. Comfortable from start to finish. Private, beautiful inside and out, and located conveniently close to Kona. Clean, even by my high standards. And the host…wonderful. He allowed us early check in and late check out (even though we still managed to be 10 mins late leaving bc we had so much stuff to cram into……

“This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor. Incredible views from balcony and snorkeling sets, kayaks, boogie boards etc. Private, primitive snorkeling site that can be reached scrambling over lava rocks (stairs washed out)- Not for small kiddos or anyone needing assistance, but most people would have no problem, especially since it’s so private……

“House was perfect. Everything you could possibly ask for. Loved feeding the fish. Beds were comfy too. If we make it back we will need to revisit!”
