"We booked this hotel after initially checking into another property and finding the room be extremely small and poorly maintained. Couldn't have been more delighted with the property and our (premium) room - quiet, spacious, fridge, water, coffee maker, with a great spread for breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was a block from the Gare du Lyon train station which we used extensively to travel about Paris including to the French Open. "We were impressed with the soundproofing of the room which could have been extremely noisy otherwise due to the location. It was worth paying extra for the larger room. Typically, rooms in Paris are very small, but this was quite comfortable. It had average furnishings, a decent bed and spacious bathroom. Gare de Lyon was quite close- a very short walk. Also, there was an exceptional Italian restaurant (Spiga) across street. A good experience for a five night stay."

"This hotel was a really great stay. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and I loved that there was a water filter machine directly in the lobby when you first get in. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. You could tell that there was a bit of wear and tear on the room, but that didn't detract from the overall comfort or style of them. Definitely worth the price!"
