"Hidden gem in the best neighborhood. The room was cozy but well appointed and staff was wonderful, specifically the front desk/concierge. We loved the modern charm and felt like it was a great value in comparison to other hotels. Lovely stay, thank you! "
"Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa experience was outstanding! I had a massage and facial and both were first rate. The outdoor garden is lovely but it was a little to cold to enjoy during our visit. Only negative was we got a free bottle of water on the first and second nights but none on the next three nights. At 1500 Euro per night the least they could do is offer free water each night! Rooms were nicely appointed."
"The staff was very nice especially Arthur and Hugo. Disappointed that for the price the air conditioning dripped like a waterfall and was never fixed during our stay. The sink also didn’t drain. The hotel and room was pretty not superly convenient location "

5/5 Excellent
"We loved this hotel. Fantastic service, the staff was highly experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Flora was especially helpful and available for questions. A small boutique style hotel, it was quiet and there were no overwhelming crowds waiting for attention from the staff. It was very clean and our room was cozy. Eva that handled the kitchen was so nice and the breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee was superb. The hotel was also eco-conscious, providing large refillable glass bottles and a filtered water station. Additionally, there was one soap source in our bathroom, eliminating all those plastic bottles that end up in the landfill. Much appreciated! The location could not be beat: close to important museums and the Seine and tons of great restaurants and cafes. Small shops and businesses provided plenty to do when we were not touring the city. A very happy discovery, we will definitely be back."

"We felt the location of the hotel was very very good. We were able to walk to most things. Lots of good restaurants around us. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom had a big shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Got us a cab to the airport when we left. We arrived early for our stay with our bags. We were able to leave them with the front desk and when we got back that evening, they had put them in our room. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"the staffs were very professional, courteous, and prompt to my requests. The hotel is within walking distance to many tourists sites. However it's breakfast although is acceptable but has room to improve."
"The hotel is in a good location. Very close to the bus/train system. Close to notre dome that you can walk there. Luxemburg gardens is also just a quick walk away.
Quite area, away from noise and the crazy amounts of tourists.
Front desk was beyond helpful. Very friendly.
Also breakfast was included which was great. Very yummy and a good variety of food and drink. Honestly the breakfast made me very happy.
The room itself was quite small, but the cleaning staff was very good. And little treats and drinks left in the fridge for no extra charge was a great. "
