"The hotel is brand new and clean. It is close to the train station but you have to heave your luggage up a pedestrian bridge to get to it. Fyi if you arrive "after hours" the door facing the track is locked so you have to walk all the way around the property to get in."

"My daughter and I stayed one night for a concert. All of the staff were extremely nice. Housekeeping staff gets extra kudos for having exceptionally clean rooms and each staff member said hi when we walked by. Best service ever. Complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of options eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee and tea options! Dinner was a 10 min walk to downtown and SAP center was 15 to 20. Would definitely stay here again! "
