"I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. Location is great but that is nit the reason: it is their staff. Most of them have been there for years and I have never ever seen such a fantastic team. I know Madrid really well and would never ever Conceive staying at another place. Highly, highly recommend!!!"

"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend! "
