"Teresa's place is amazing. This 2 bedroom apartment has everything a family needs for an exceptionally comfortable stay! Just some of the perks that we enjoyed include: both bedrooms have an ensuite with tiled showers; the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meals you wish and even has some basics such as cooking oil and spices; there are loads of towels including many beach towels; there are beach amenities such as umbrellas, folding chairs, and buckets for the kids to make sandcastles:-);...

"Fantastic apartment the best I've rented for my holiday stay (and I have stayed in many). Very nice pool area a couple of minutes walk from the apartment perfect. Had a bit of a problem getting into the resort security is very strict and we were not given the bar code needed, we got it eventually and things went well. You are basically staying in the jungle, lots of wildlife everywhere fantastic"

"The condo was beautiful & kitchen very well stocked. The views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning. We used the drying rack all the time because even following the instructions the dryer never dried, Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. You must visit the gorgeous white beaches with sparkling blue waters. Lots to do & see in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay in this cute modest sized accommodation steps from beautiful Half Moon Bay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. While it is small it is very comfortable and well furnished with A/C. The beach is some 30 steps from the front door and has several decent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The host provided easy to follow instructions for how to finding the unit. We had a most enjoyable stay without a hitch!"

"My husband and I stayed at Jorge apartments for over 3 months escaping the winter in Canada. Both apartments are very clean and comfortable. There is 3 big swimming pools in the complex. They are never crowded. The apartments complex is very quiet, landscaping is beautifully. It feels like 5 stars resort. Jorge is a supershost. He will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable there. I would definitely go back there."

"Located on the beach. This is a basement, only 1 window view of wall, amenities are dirty, old , plastic cheap, rusty, mold in bathroom, ants etc. I do not recommend."

In addition, the street in front of the condo in the only way tourist buses and delivery trucks and vans can have access to Grand Sirenis resort. "We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances but very minimum pots and dishes. 2 days we had no internet, another frustration as happen when I needed the most. Not to...

"Lovely condo/pool. Not .1 mile or 3 minute walk to Akumal Beach and town It was 3 miles. We had no car, food… we did ALOT of walking. Expedia refused to believe their add was incorrect when I was looking right at it. The confirmation address they sent was also incorrect after I completed my reservation. "

"From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....
