"Overall the property is nice. The entertainment is mid grade. The spa was great. Food was decent. Hotel does have a slight mop water smell in the hallway of the rooms lobby smells great, our wash cloths weren’t replaced until the final day and the shower drained needed cleaning. If the shower ran too long it over flowed into the bathroom area. I love the flip flops and beach bags they give you. Overall not terrible for the price but wouldn’t stay here again."

"The Service was amazing !!! The hostess from Tori Gisset was really great, Garcia was good as well at the desk , Anne from Mangu was fantastic with Elvis!!! The Spa was incredibly nice !!! The only thing that was not good is the building of the kids club is not inside the complex which was not really convenient and they don't have a Italian restaurant which was really weird but the beach was beautiful and the structure there was really good.
