"Everything was beautiful except some of the staffs would give you attitude if you ask a question like if they were annoyed. I stood at the hard rock in Punta Cana 6 months ago and the workers there are super super friendly. But this place ahhh I wouldn’t say all the staffs are friendly. But we kept it moving it was a beautiful place I had a good time that’s all that matters. "

"La estadía fue de 3 noches.. muy callado en las noches..el Servicio al Cliente (JULIAN) fue espectacular por el día no habian muchas actividades.. en las noches habia una discoteca de 11pm a 2am donde ponian todo tipo de música, antes de esto habian unos Shows en el teatro.. empezaban a las 6pm ... la playa por la época habia mucho salgazo(seaweed) pero todo se paso en general muy bien...!!"

"Very enjoyable stay. Service and entertainment were excellent. If you wanted to relax you could do that or there were always activities going on. Food at the buffet was good, the pasta bar was always excellent. Lots of variety. Very easy to get around with the trolly consistently going. They have an amazing coffee shop we went to every morning. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and it was very good, the route 66 restaurant did not have good service and food was very mid. Perfect trip for my four...

"The place is very family friendly, entertainment for all ages. Food was okay, lots of variety. The rooms near the pool have a smell to the them, but they were kept clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and with anything you need. The beach is calm and beautiful. Kids really enjoyed beach and pools. Also the animals in the resort were so nice to look at. Flamingos and peacocks were my favorite! "

"Overall, property was maintained. The rooms were damp and quite dated. Service was mostly good everywhere in the resort. Grounds were fairly well maintained. Good food selection. Power on property went out twice. Not a quiet environment. If you’re used to a five star resort, I’d say this was more 3.5/4. Mosquitos were plentiful and some cockroaches. Beach had quite a bit of seaweed. Overall, just ok."

"I love to travel! This was my 6th time to Punta Cana, 1st time staying at the Catalonia. Me and my man stayed in the Suite on the Adults side. We had a great view from our balcony, the room was clean, hot water was amazing in the shower, housekeeping serviced our room everyday. The food was pretty good, so many options to choose from, we loved the drinks— so strong, dont be afraid to ask for more especially if you tipping lol. There was more positives than negatives, but still some negatives...
