"Everything was terrible and the staff was rude. They said all inclusive and some where apologizing for it not being available and what was available the staff was reluctant of you requesting it.poor quality food and watered down coffee or recycled. So much was terrible to much to write"
"Rude, bad-tempered staff. The food was awful, barely anything edible apart from the breakfast eggs. Old dilapidated facilities and rooms, at one point we even stepped on some tarmac on the way to the beach. Bar drinks weren’t better than gasoline."
"I like the property and the proximity to the beach and being able to walk the town streets. I found the service to be good for the most part and clean. The beach could stand to be cleaned better and the bar frequently ran out of everything. The food for the buffet was minimal and several evenings there was very little offered off the buffet "no meat fried on the side" and the menu of the buffet was food from lunch served at dinner and even on the buffet the next morning served again. "Cheap and nasty run-down hotel with neither heart or soul. Some great people however, but that was the only plus point.
No balcony, no hot water, wind screamed through window frames. basin blocked for 3 days.
It was punishment to stay there."

"Atendimento excelente! Quarto com banheiro privativo, muito bom. D. Selfa foi muito prestativa."
"Wonderful family experience, very inclusive atmosphere, very safe. Amelia and son Pepe, Lewis and Becky, all made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend. Very central to Varadero's downtown amenities."
"Nice small room just like the pictures. Host lives on the upper portion and is very helpful and can be approached on WhatsApp, so it's very helpful. Also she speaks good English, so no issues in communication. "

"Perfect for a short stay in Varadero within walking distance of the beach and a selection of restaurants. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was well-equipped and there was wifi available (unusual for most of Cuba). Plus the friendly host's excellent breakfast was a good start to each day."
"This guest house stay was absolutely perfect for our time in Varadero. The host and her husband were so warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in. We were presented with fresh juice inside their house. Our actual room was also perfect including a kitchen and patio. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We were also offered breakfast both mornings for a small charge - VERY worth it and delicious! The hosts also helped to arrange our transportation back to Havana for a good price. This stay was beyond our expectations and we recommend it to anyone who visits Varadero. Steps away from the beach and nice restaurants too!"

"I really loved how helpful Eduardo was with everything. He prolonged my check out time in accordance with my flight. Beautiful and authentic Cuban home, and they let tourists peak at their lives and share it."
"Quiet spot away from hustle & bustle of the tourist streets. Some loud traffic noise from being so close to main road the only issue but a great stay overall."
