Book this property! excellent location, 7 min walk to 2 main trains, le bon marche and la grande epicerie less than 5 mins away. Comfortable and cool room, excellent shower. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Danes des Arts. The location is very walkable to many of the major attractions in Paris. The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The rooftop bar has amazing views, would highly recommend a visit at sunset! The only negative was parking is terrible in this area, but that is true in most of Paris."

"We chose this property based on previous positive previews for a short stint in Paris to acclimate to the time zone prior to heading to Le Mans. We loved the property for all the things others have already said and the Montparnasse neighborhood has become a favorite for its eclectic mix of shopping and dining. A short walk/drive (i.e. we took an Uber 'cuz we had our luggage) to the train station for destinations west (i.e. Le Mans), we highly recommend this property as well. Friendly and helpful staff and good size rooms. We'll be back."

"I was fortunate to have a room at the back of the property, which was very quiet. Also, being on the 7th floor, I had a lovely view. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Lovely breakfast room with many food and beverage choices. Best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Would definitely stay here again!"
