"I like this place and the location is perfect, but this particular unit has not been clean enough either time I’ve had it. The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. I wasn’t there much so it was satisfactory for my purposes, but I think that should be addressed. and by the way, I didn’t communicate with the property manager, but it makes me push something and then it doesn’t let me submit...

"Great location close to the heart of Denver. Felt safe and walking distance to many great places to eat. Short under 30 min drive to Red Rock. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Host very responsive and helpful."

"This place was perfect for me. It was thoughtfully curated and has everything you need including a Nespresso machine (with pods), a nice hairdryer (ladies you can skip bringing yours and use the space for an extra pair of shoes) and many more amenities. It's a short walk to Pearl Street and has parking right in front of the unit. I had to call the host and she was very nice and helpful. I love this place and will stay here again."

Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. If you like architecture and urban design, this is the place! Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, parks and a French bakery within easy walking distance. A perfect stay!!"
