“There is some anxiety involved with not having a desk agent present...but in my experience We did just fine without one. We were given a code and you need this to get in the building, to go up the elevator And to get in your room. If I needed anything , I would call. If I needed immediate attention or If I had some time to wait for an answer you can literally just text them on your phone. “We loved staying here! Right in the heart of beautiful Denver… The property was spotless, the amenities were top notch and most importantly the bed was so comfortable! The worst part of the entire stay was parking but around the corner thankfully we found a parking garage because it is a busy street! “I was hesitant to book based on prior reviews of noise but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. “The hotel seemed newer and nice. We stayed for two nights Friday and Saturday. We were a group of three ladies. Here is the concerning issue, there were unmarked cars offering rides to people right outside of the hotel. We parked in the ramp across the street, we felt uneasy walking to and from the car.
