“Be prepared to drive up the freaking mountain! Had I been given a better description of the location, I wouldn’t have chosen this property, but if you like winding, steep, narrow roads this is for you. The inside of the property is nice, modern but still rustic enough. I’m assuming there’s some remodeling occurring because boards and trims were missing. The heat didn’t work at all and it was rainy and cold during our stay. It wasn’t all that clean but we brought travel cleaning supplies jic. The……

“The house was very clean and close to downtown Nashville. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Suggestions: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; extra towels; new batteries for TV and fan remotes. There was some police activity across the street one evening, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, we had a great stay and a very fun trip to Nashville!”

“We were 8 moms and 8 girls in town for a club soccer tournament. The house was the perfect fit. Everything we needed was there. It’s a lovely property and was conveniently located for us between Franklin and Brentwood soccer games. A few negatives… the carpet in the guest house is in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. One of the rooms on the lower level of the main house has something going on with the electrical. The ceiling lights and lamps flicker continuously. We ended up……

“This little place has all that you really need. It was super clean. The mattress was great and having Dish Network was a bonus. Bathroom was very clean but the shower spigot was loose and the water pressure was quite low. Overall a great stay!”
