“Nice location, but very noisy at night. Bathroom baseboard and walls not super clean. Also dust on walls from vents. Had a problem with parking pass and manager was offended we asked for our money back for parking.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the apartment near Monterey Square and Forsyth Park in Savannah. We were there for a wedding near the park, and the unit was a five minute walk from there. It was very convenient. Check in was a breeze, the place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have two full baths. The neighborhood was wonderful and the place had old world Savannah charm. We would definitely stay there again. Walter and Peggy”

“The place was great for walking and was very clean and nice. Only problem was construction was going on in the place above us which started everyday at 8 am. Forget about sleeping in or enjoying a quick nap. The outdoor garden area was cluttered with construction material so no enjoying that. Overall though we enjoyed our stay here and would do it again.”

“The property was as pictured and the location was perfect for our group of 7 women as it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, city market and broughton street attractions. We did not have a vehicle and the unit was also close to your bus stops making it easy for us to navigate around Savannah. Wrights Bistro was right by our unit and turned out to be one of our favorite lunch spots. They have a great variety of sandwich’s, salads and desserts.”

“Stayed with husband for first time in Savannah over Mother’s Day for 5 nights. Can’t say enough about the perfect walkable location to everything. We rented a car, paid for on street parking and hardly moved the car. I wouldn’t recommend renting a car. There is no need if you’re staying here. The trolley on/off option we did one day and walked all others. The place had old historic charm and was across from the Thomas Owen’s Slave House and Mansion, which we toured. “Properties always look different in the photos. We liked the size of the apartment for 2 of us. Plenty of room. We felt let down by the shabbiness of the apartment though. Compared to similar properties nearby, ours was shabby back and front and needs updating. The back porch was tired too. The bath/shower needs attention. Standing water in bath when showering, and shower not thoroughly plumbed in. Bath was grubby. Good aircon which worked well. Not very close to town, but a nice 20 minute walk...

“The condo was in a great location. Centrally located to shopping, the riverfront, and restaurants. The basement condo made it easy to sleep in. The condo slept eight, but did not have ample living space or seating for eight. The living room and dining room sat eight into total. The dining room table sat four and the living room has four chairs and is very tight to get around. We stayed during Thanksgiving. The kitchen is poorly equipped. “Spent a few days there with an old coworker/friend. Parking in street is difficult. All spaces were taken anywhere near us. Ended up using parking garage 2 blocks over and walking, which was not bad at all. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, which again wasn't bad. Just noting in case that may be difficult for someone else. We loved the apartment. It was judt what we needed!”

“My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. ”
