"well-appointed house in Pacific Beach neighborhood. house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. plenty of extras are provided - including lots of beach stuff (we were here in december - not cold, but not quite beach weather). loved the neighborhood - some great bars and restaurants in walking distance. in spite of the nearby nightlife it was VERY quiet. would definitely stay again."
"A hotel directly reflects the manager's vision, and Tower23 is managed by the best. Tower23 has professional, empowered employees who have really given us an amazing experience. It was so clean and so comfortable. The location is unbeatable, and the cost was reasonable. The oceanfront suite gave us everything we wanted for this 25th Anniversary vacation."

I wasn't going to review this hotel, but it was very relaxing.
Humphreys Half Moon Inn is secluded in a boat marina on Shelter Island. You will take a little drive but not too long.
First thing we enjoyed was the peace and quiet even though a live concert was going on.
The rooms were comfortable feeling. We had queen beds. The bed was a little firm for us. We like ours much softer. It was very awkward to get to the bathroom since the bed was so close to...

"Quiet even thought you’re next to the freeway. Got a great deal through Expedia and you’re only a 10 minute drive away from everything in San Diego. Would recommend for groups but a little cramped. "
"Stayed for a 5 day vacation in May, and loved my stay. The hotel provides classy comfort, staff are pleasant and helpful but give space when preferred. My room was on 23 floor overlooking the bridge to Coronado. Loved starting the day with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Location is great for either city (walking distance or short Uber ride to anywhere in San Diego) or beach excursions. Complimentary shuttle to Coronado Beach where you can rent a beach chair and umbrella for a day makes for an easy relaxing day. I’d love to visit again."
