“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. “Everything was great. Very clean, modern space in a great location. Host was available and quick to respond. The only draw back, the stairs from the parking spot to access the apt is a steep winding staircase so if you have any ambulatory issues you would have a problem. The front entrance has stairs but are not bad. We had a young person with us who carried our bags up but I would suggest you use the front entrance to load and unload your stuff. “This apartment was in the perfect location for our vacation. It is an easy 30 minute walk to Byward Market, museums, and Parliament. Amy was responsive when the information regarding access codes was incorrect and ensuring the smoke detector was installed. We would definitely stay here again!”

“My friends and I came to Montreal for the Osheaga Music Festival and stayed at this property. After our first VRBO booking turned out to be a scam, we booked this one last minute. The property was lovely and looked just like the pictures, it was very clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helped us out with anything we needed. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!”

“the place was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer, dryer, laundry soap and some spices, coffee etc. This was not on the listing. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the location is excellent. Lots of corner shops, 2 streets up is full of shops, bakery, chocolate store, second hand clothing, restaurants etc. Old Quebec is a short 10 minute walk. The streets are very narrow, reminiscent of Europe. Loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.”
