“This is a no frills, clean, reasonably-priced hotel. Everything works the way it's supposed to (wifi, frig, microwave, shower, hot water, etc.) I have stayed here multiple times and will return. Manager was very helpful in canceling a second night that was reserved through Hotels.com but turned out not to be needed due to a sudden change in our circumstances.”

“We get together once a year, 5 guys, to hang out, catch up, shoot skeet, target shoot and fish. We do this at a different location every year. This location worked out great. It was private, allowed shooting and had enough room to sleep 5. We would use this cabin again!”

“The room was as presented. Clean and nicely appointed. Some noise from downstairs reminded us of apartment living. It would have helped to be assured that there was no way to get from ground level apartment to the upstairs apartment from inside.”

“Beautiful slice of heaven on the creek. Lots of wildlife and close enough to downtown that you can have a nice night out or just light a fire and enjoy nature.”

“My husband and I stayed here for the night to break up our long trip to Avon from NJ. It was a great location and the hosts were very accommodating! It was close to the Wright Brothers Museum, which is definitely worth visiting. It was a beautiful neighborhood, and their dock was very peaceful at night to hang out with a cocktail. 🤗”

“My cousin and I stayed in the cottage for a girls' weekend. We adore it! We wish we could live here forever! It is clean and comfortable and better than the photos represent. We especially love the layout and charming decor. It is very close to the quaint little town. We enjoyed lunch on the deck at Mallard's. We had lots of fun at The Blarney Stone for karaoke. We highly recommend this cottage!”

“Stayed three nights. Amazing views over the marsh, sightings of eagles, willets, skimmers, sandpipers, plovers, and more without leaving the house. Super clean home, well stocked and welcoming. Quite remote, Just the way we like it. Host could not have between more responsive and helpful.”

“Three family groups - 5 adults and one toddler - lot of room so not on top of each other - we cooked in all weekend - nicely equipped kitchen, roomy dining table (also great for games and cards). Thoroughly enjoyed the porch room - beautiful view. Walked around the yard with the toddler - spacious. Used the kayaks - nice to have that option. Took some walks - nice area. Next door neighbor - not close, but was playing loud music while setting up for a party, a minor irritant. During the party……
