“We were not allowed to use the pool at the property until we checked into our room. Usually you are allowed to use all facilities while waiting for your room to be available. This was very disappointing. ”

“The room was good size, the queen beds were comfortable, sheet werent bad but not great. The veiw of the bach was absolutely perfect as we got a side unit with a view. I could sit out on the balcony and see the sand and waves. We had a issue with our ac unit not working. They were very polite but also didnt handle it in a timley matter. We ended up with a portable air unit that helped out but wasnt till our last and third night. The location is great. Right off on the boardwalk and a min walk……

“厨房设计很体贴，住的很舒服，总体是挺满意的。6.26日下午5点到楼下服务台借火柴点生日蜡烛的时候，换了两个男的服务员，他们的态度很冷淡不友善,自称他们不抽烟 还怀疑我们想抽烟骗他们借火，态度很恶劣!!!!!!!!!!后来我们又去了泳池的吧台向那里的服务借了打火机，那里的服务员态度特别友好。”
