Housekeeping became to be more friendly and courteous for room service. Front desk still have a lot of room to work on. Example, I extended my stay and making arrangement and staff wanted me to come back in the morning. I don’t know what s the difference between now and tomorrow. Just for confirmation only. Stayed here for almost a month and I wasn’t treated as a preferred customer.please, customer service needs to review my complaint. Thank you!
