This hotel offers a premium experience. Check in/out desks are not what the average hotel offers. The desks offer a more unique experience for the guest with most of the time eye level service, no matter how tall or short you are. The only disadvantage to this is, there aren't many staff working, so wait times can soar.
The restaurant on site is delicious and the prices comparable to that of local competition: Chilies, TGI Friday's, etc. Sadly, some menu items don't seem to be available all of the time. The service is exceptional no matter how many guest fill the tables. Breakfast buffet is decent. but, in my opinion overpriced for what was served. With the mall just downstairs, finding something to fill your belly is easy enough.
The swimming pool is a decent size and the middle hits about 5ft. A refreshing swim is nice after a long day. The outdoor hot tub can easily fit 10 people. Its giant, and the heat makes it very relaxing.
The rooms are typically small. They do offer larger rooms for a higher price, but there is enough room to get around. The temperature on the shower does not exceed that of the hot tub. -Which is somewhat disappointing.
The bed is the only extreme downfall to this hotel. It was hard as a rock. I think the carpet on the floor offers more give. In just 1 night, I had dislodged my Sacrum.
The hotel in general would have won me for a future stay, but I cannot come back because of the bed.
