“They have nice gardens,but the interior of the room is old and empty. I heard other guests, including myself, complaining that the air conditioning is not working properly. This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant, and eating is always like that. If it weren't……

“Loved this hotel and the gentleman behind reception was brilliant but please do something about the service in the restaurant which appears to be franchised out. The bartender pressured us to take our order for food at the bar and the female greeter was very unhappy about this and turned very rude and dismissive towards us and told us we could not sit in the restaurant. There appeared to be some sort of turf war going on between the two of them probably relating to the service charge. ……

“Nice and really responsive staff. The only issue is the water pressure is kinda low for shower. To-go breakfast is also good.”

“Place was clean and people were friendly and rooms were nice. Pool was comfortable and hot tub was hot. Shuttle was great and check out was simple. ”

“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“For the cost the food options are far too limited. Greater attention needs to be put into dining and water should not be $4 considering how old the pipes are. Who wants to drink this tap? Rooms at $400 plus with old pipes should come with complimentary bottles of water in them. The dining was also so limited and we could hardly find anywhere that would deliver to the ship.”
