It is a fun layout with lots of beautiful views of the water, comfortable rooms that accommodated 7 adults (mom and dad, children and friends), and everyone was happy. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. "My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. "We were very happy to find a rental in this price range that has four bedrooms instead of the usual three and two bathrooms instead of one. There are also two common areas - the kitchen/living room downstairs and a large upstairs living room.
