Drifting Sands was attractive and well situated close to the ocean and beach. The rooms are nicely furnished in a nautical theme. We requested a king bed with an ocean view but were given two double beds with a parking lot view. The manager was responsive and offered a small refund of our payment. Still, this inconvenience was disappointing.

Location location location! Simple accommodations in an awesome ocean front location. You have to pay for Oceanfront Room, even though more expensive than non-ocean front options is worth it. Also ask for 2nd or 3rd floor. Note, there is no elevator access available in the ocean front building

Our room was spotless with adequate space. The staff was professional. The best part was the view. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean. It is an older hotel, so a little worn in places. I would stay there again.
