"Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! "Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"
