"Quick getaway !"

"This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway."

"This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!"

"We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! So many bed/room set ups to choose from & everyone just had the best time. The house was stocked with everything you could need. "Property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was great and the HOA had a reserved area on the beach for lounging. The pool was just cross the street as well. As a bonus there was a closet on the back porch filled with beach toys and a few chairs to use. Will definately stay here again."

Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. "My wife and I got a great deal on this listing, and decided to book before someone else did. We stayed in Sandestin last year on Herron Walk drive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with maybe a few issues. This stay at Sandpiper drive was wonderful. The host was so quick to respond and very friendly. The cleanliness of house was great, and the newer golf cart that we had was awesome. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a worry free vacation...

"We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again."

"Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

"the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again"

"Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"This carriage house was everything we hoped for, It exuded charm and comfort, cleanliness, and everything we needed except the food. The proximity to the beach is priceless, and the association keeps everything clean and secure on the beach as well as the streets. We walked everywhere. One full day we went east of the panhandle and another day we went west. We need to go back so I could do nothing but sit on the beach and hang at the house.
