"This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway."

"This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. "This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was great. Laura and Carlos made everything easy and carefree with the home. The pool was inviting, warm with plenty of floats. A private oasis with a perfect porch for breakfast and dinner, a well stocked kitchen with stove and large toaster oven. The only thing we were missing was a more time in the day to enjoy it all."

"We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! "We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again."

"The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog."

"Property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was great and the HOA had a reserved area on the beach for lounging. The pool was just cross the street as well. As a bonus there was a closet on the back porch filled with beach toys and a few chairs to use. Will definately stay here again."

"We rented the cottage to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Needless to say, i wanted everything to be perfect. The cottage was exactly as advertised and everything i hoped it would be!! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the main area but far enough to have some quiet time. My wife loved the location, the cottage and the whole Rosemary Beach experience. The host's communication was excellent I highly recommend her!"

"This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on...

"Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

"Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. Perfect house and location for those looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"I can’t say enough about our stay here. The house was in pristine condition, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but also perfectly located to everything Santa Rosa had to offer. We take at least 4 trips a year and this was hands down our favorite VRBO rental ever. The communication and hospitality from the owners was amazing. I could go on and on. 10/10"

"This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4."

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
