They were so prompt and brought one right away! I have no complaints about the customer service at all. However, the rooms seem dated and unfortunately ours was a bit dusty. Ive had doubts but I definitely judged this book by its cover, its a great neighborhood with a lot of friendly people and the staff was absolutely terrific.
