"The customer service was great! We wanted to use the oven in the room for dinner and didn’t have any baking sheets so I went to the front desk and requested one. They were so prompt and brought one right away! I have no complaints about the customer service at all. However, the rooms seem dated and unfortunately ours was a bit dusty. So much so that we had to take allergy medicine to calm down our sneezing. Our stay was ok and really wish the rooms would have been nicer. Our family liked how...

The phone in the room didn’t work which delayed retrieving my vehicle from valet and Alex A the bartender at Hearthstone Lounge was rude when he questioned my late night drink of choice, but these are the only negatives of my entire stay. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. "

"I loved how close they were to Disneyland and how safe it felt in the hotel. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it always had a slight smell to it which bothered us everytime we got back to our room. We would also pass quite a few homeless people on the corner of 7 Eleven right next to the hotel, which didn't help the cleanliness around the hotel. Oddly enough there was also a guy in the basement parking that looked like he was repainting his car down there. With all that said,...

"The walls are very thin but besides that, this also is one of the cleanest hotels ive ever stayed in. Ive had doubts but I definitely judged this book by its cover, its a great neighborhood with a lot of friendly people and the staff was absolutely terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting disneyland "
