Very responsive to messages. Had most things you need, although only had 5 cups and there were 7 of us. no wine glasses. air handler needs a serious cleaning. two of the beds were comfy. the bunk beds are straight coils, incredibly squeaky, and upper rails are a safety hazard (duct taped). Cleaning crew just let……
