When I first got there the guy in the front desk was too busy to help me out because he was talking to a friend for over 20 minutes. Also the 2nd floor smells so bad and when I tried to call the front desk no one answered it was within working order.

So just a heads up you have to pay extra to use the pool, internet, parking, and tv. They charge you an extra 50 dollars per day. When you ask for them to tidy up the rooms they said that we did not ask for ggat service when we checked in. So we told them can we have some clean towels they said yes but never got them. The only good thing is that we will not be staying at that hotel anymore.

All the staff donā€™t understand English very good so communication is terrible. The hotel is all HYPE, once you get past the nice looking main area the rest of the hotel is average as everyone else. Breakfast is terrible, no matter what time you go there itā€™s a gong show thatā€™s very busy with people like savages over free food. (Stayed at hotel 10 days & used it a few times & had to go out for breakfast afterwards) Our tv didnā€™t work from day one & after 3 days of asking about it was finally replaced. Advertised every 3 days for room cleaning and linens/towels/etc, ya right try 5 days & always not enough. 4 people in one room & only 3 towels,1 face/hand towel for everyone, always asking for more & not getting nothing like we asked for.. While we were there elevator was broken many times so it sucks if youā€™re on upper floor. The small lake in the back has alligators & snakes that can come onto the property anytime & not safe for kids. (We seen a 3-4 ft long black snake going across the parking lot going through the kids play area & I was told by staff to stay away from it because itā€™s poisonousā€¦. Over 15 years going to Florida & staying at over 30 hotels this is in my top 5 worstā€¦.

The hotel was worth for miney we paid. It is a quiet place and smoking free make it pleasant. Breakfast was good. Parking area is enough. We had booked one room for family of 4 but the room was arranged as if only two people were going to stay there. Had to ask for more tea bags and toiletries everyday.

We stayed here for may 4th weekend and we were worried about some reviews but honestly it was pretty good. The best part was the staff they were very nice and the property was very enjoyable. It also helps that you get a free breakfeast every morning, may not be 5 star food but its enough to get your day started. I would come back for sure and thank you guys for a great stay.
