This hotel is attached to the River City Casino. The hotel is VERY clean. The hotel was very quiet. There was security available 24 / 7. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. The bathroom had a very large shower with a shower head on the wall and a rain shower head on the ceiling. There was a small TV in the bathroom mirror. The toilet was in its own space with a door. There was a refrigerator and safe in the room. The heating/air conditioning system worked very well to keep the room at the desired temperature, cold at night, warmer during the day. There are several resturants on the property. We were there for 6 nights for a wedding and it was a very good experience. We will go back again when we are in the St. Louis area.

The place was not very clean there's stuff on the walls and we got there at 10 o'clock None of the restaurants were open we woke up at 9 o'clock AM and there was only one breakfast restaurant open

It's hard to get to the hotel. Several parking lots closed off. Signage is poor or non-existent regarding where to go or park. You have to drag your luggage through a parking ramp, down an elevator, through a hallway, and then up another elevator to get to the room. They treat you like a criminal. In order to use a luggage cart, you have to leave the desk clerk (orange hair) your driver's license. You get your license back after you bring the cart back to Orange hair, who takes it to a room behind the front desk slowly…while you wait. He then gives your license back. Is it a bad neighborhood? Do people steal these carts? The casino is great, good bartenders, good hotel rooms.
