Property was under construction and we were unaware of this before visiting. They closed the pool which gave us no access to the activity room. There was one path but was unsafe due to construction debris. Overall the room was really nice but that was the only plus. The pool closed due to lightning and even when the storm passed it remained close. The photo of the game room was inaccurate. There were no good places to eat near by, no apps that would deliver and a lot of places are closed on Sundays. We paid more than double due the resort amenities but didn’t get to utilize them so that was the disappointment.

The room was in excellent condition and clean! Although,I have only one complaint…there was a considerable amount of squirrel dung on the patio porch. In the morning I swept up the dung, went out for activities and when we returned home for the evening there was just as much dung and it was accompanied with flies. It put a damper on our evening plans to relax and enjoy the sun setting. Otherwise all else was marvelous.

Wasn't at all what we expected was told they had free amenities due to the water park, theater, and on site restaurant being closed. I was also told on the phone and at the property due to the above they would waive the 20$ daily resort fee. BUT when we went to the activity center thanking all the activity we're free because thats what was said OVER THE PHONE AND AT THE DESK! at the end she charged me and put it on the room. so to our surprise when we checked out we noticed the resort fees had been charged and also a 60$ charge for activities.... if they say its free its probably to good to be true. Also just a heads up we got a few sodas at the hotel market and had to also charge those to the room. Because the man at the desk refused cash.... probably a nice place to stay when ALL is up and running. Just wish they was honest and upfront about ALL THE CHARGES. That way we're not going in blind probably would have skipped the activity center if ik i was going to be charged.

I did not get the property I booked. The booking clearly had a fireplace in the room and when we opened the door we were very disappointed. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation and would not move us. Phones in unit did not work.

The view out our windows was very nice. Loved the layout of the rooms and how spacious it was. The villa we stayed in was secluded and in a nice location. The only minus was the rather long walk to the pool house. Part of the walk had no sidewalk, so we had to walk in the road or across grass with a 4 year old. It was far enough away we chose not to go to it one day when it was rainy and the walk would be miserable.

The unit we stayed in was absolute perfection. It was clean and well kept in the views were great! The building is quiet and the staff or fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here and it was the best place. I have stayed in Branson!!

The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for cooking. The pool was great with both indoor and outdoor options for pool and hot tub. The negative side of are stay… The employees here are only interested in selling you a timeshare it’s easier to just not interact with them. The keys to our room would randomly stop working (at very inconvenient times like coming back from the pool or after traveling for a day) when you call they say you can pick up new keys at the concierge. The whole thing felt intentional to force me to talk to them. Nice property but terrible guest relations. If you stay here be prepared to deal with pushy salespeople and just say no to “gifts”

Very quiet and parking was easy. We arrived early(3:30 pm) and they stated room was not ready and should be ready by 4 pm. We finally got a call about the room at 4:42 pm. I asked when I got to the reservation desk why so late to let us know. She just stated..."We got busy" Not a great way to start the stay. 2ndly, the toilet in our room had mold or mildew in the under side of the bowl. No, we did not let them know. The entertainment staff was kind and helpful during our visit.
