The room was gross. The shower head was rusty. There was nasty stuff around the toilet, like pink crusty stuff. The pool is open until 10pm so if there are people out there you can hear them in your room and the walls are paper thin so it felt like they were in the room with us. It was very hard to sleep. The manager Sandy was rude and mean. The front desk staff was nice though especially June. Coffee maker but no water provided? The ice machine is all the way by the reception desk. Kinda inconvenient. One of the lights in the room was out.

Very clean hotel. Room (executive level) is newly renovated. The Amigo Spot and Waffle Spot restaurants on site are both good. Parking lot is large. I have been coming here for years and will return.

Checking in and out is very simple. The room was nice looking, but the bed is hard as a rock and felt like sleeping on cardboard...the floor of the room was also so dirty that walking on it with our bare feet made them instantly dirty. The bathroom was clean and room service cleaned our room nicely each day. I just wish the bed was comfortable. This isn't a place you'd want to lay in bed all day and rest- it isn't comfortable.

I recently stayed at this property and had a pleasant experience overall. My room is clean with basic amenities provided. The property does show some signs of age, particularly in the bathroom fixtures, which could use an update. Overall the property offers great value for the price, friendly front desk staff, and convenient location.
