“Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well”

“We had a great day at this property. It's very quiet in the evening and we had our own private little patio with lots of little palm trees to make it feel secluded and relaxing. It's a great place if you like to ride bikes because it's right off the trail and just a block or so away from the Ingram bridge that takes you across the water to get to town and Sunset Cliffs trails and Point Loma. The house was very helpful and got you anything you needed. It's a pretty good size room with a big TV……

“The carriage house has been built at the back of a residential property. The property is located in a nice neighbourhood that is densifying with add-on suites and small professional offices. It is very centrally located but you do need a vehicle. We always found on-street parking available within a block or two. It takes a little while to learn about the area but there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods grocery store. The carriage house itself is very well……

“The owners are very nice and helpful. The property feels a bit sterile and there’s security lights and video cameras outside all up the walkway and at the entrance. The bedding was very heavy sheets for the temperature, pillows were flat. It was an ok place to spend the night but I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. ”

“We absolutely love the location of this VRBO. 1 minute to the ocean and 2 minutes to the bay side. Many great restaurants a short walk from the condo. The condo itself is as described. The communication between Keeley and I was really quick. It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella available to us at all times. The bed was super comfy and so many pillow types to choice from which was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!”

“I was concerned because the host had pulled his listing from VRBO. I called the host on arrival & got the code to the house. NO key was ever given. No garage. Due to the pending hurricane, we needed to leave 2 days early. My daughters needed to be at work on Tuesday. The dinner cruise was also canceled for Sunday night. I think the pictures were misleading. It was mentioned in the original details that the home had a/c we did not have a/c. I saw the unit but it was not on. I had originally asked……

“This place is charming with much so much character. It is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in San Diego, and has great amenities. The hosts are communicative and provide information on the house and amenities. I appreciate how they sent videos on how the hot tub was to be used, how to turn on the firepit, etc. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Unit smelled of mildew, it would have been nice to list a couple of of places for over night parking. Sink drains slowly and bathroom door loudly squeaks. There was human feces on the hallway floor, first floor this morning morning! Thank you for the nice touches such as earplugs, kitchen amenities and bed mattress. ”
