Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)"

"Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

Will arrange taxi pickup to/from PVR for you, upon request before arrival. MUST REQUEST, however. What I wish I knew: This property is not on the beach and requires a taxi for everything, as the area around the hotel is not walkable. "Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends."

"Enjoyed all the amenities. Staff was courteous, helpful & pleasant. the onsite dining options were good. The pool was fantastic. Really, the one minor thing that was annoying were the birds :-) You had to watch your food or it would be swooped up. But, overall, I would return to the resort."

"I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks...
