“The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be……

“When we forst arrived we loved the fact that parking was right under the building and made it easy to access. There are stairs bit only one flight up. The fact that we had a balcolny was great and your not far from the beach.”

“We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬”

“Had no water. Had to call property manager. Found out where to turn it on in the closet. Washer made extremely loud noise. Neighbors were disturbed. So we could not use it the rest of our stay. No information on where to take garbage or what to set thermostat at when we left. Security deposit taking too long to get back. Still don’t have it at this review. Other than those few glitches the place itself was really nice and close to everything. Maybe a little too many decorative knock knacks.……

“We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen……

“The fridge had rust on I️t, the bedroom door scraped the floor and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open. We were there for literally 36 hours and was told we had to pay $15 per person ( we had 5) for amenities - and our pool was closed for the season. Which leads me to the question- what was the $75 for then? I felt like I was stepping back to the 1980’s when I was told I had to go pick up a key. I have not rented any thing in the past 10 years that I needed a key for. The cleaning……

“The unit is very nicely remodeled. Most essentials are provided for comfy stay, (we had to bring sheets and towels tough). Mattresses are new and very comfortable. Marybeth was a great host: easy to communicate with and very accommodating.”

“Nice little place for the weekend. Great view. Bathtub needs cleaned or replaced. dirty tub and jets. Bathroom ceiling tiles were not covering the ceiling.”

“Comfortable place to stay. No linens are included but luckily I saw that last minute in the reservation information. ”

“Overall very nice stay. I had a few questions and Ellie responded right away. We also had an issue with the AC and she got it fixed as soon as I notified her. Place was not filthy as others have said. There is no maid service so you are at the mercy of how the previous guests leave it (Im sure some people dont care). For the price you can not beat it. Definitely would return.”
