"Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay."

"Well-appointed condo in a laid-back, quiet complex. Parking was super convenient to unit. Oceanfront Pool and Spa. Stairs to beach was right next to property, which is not so common in this area. We've stayed at many VRBO ocean-front rentals from Leucadia to Del Mar and this was one of our favorites. Scott, the host, was also top-notch with his communication and efforts to make our stay the best possible. We stay at VRBO properties in various parts of world, so know how important a good host is....

"Barbara is very responsive and friendly. The location is wonderful and the facility is very nice with a Jacuzzi and a heated pool overlooking the ocean. Security guard on site. The only downsides were no elevators and really tight parking spaces to get in and out of with a larger sized vehicle, no air-conditioning however she is installing ceiling fans this weekend. Overall nice stay. Tricia G."

"I stayed here with my husband, 74 year old father and 4 year old daughter and it was lovely. Having the grill and full kitchen was so helpful, plus 3 bathrooms and laundry were so convenient. Pretty quiet, and the pool closest to us was perfect. Not a pain at all to walk to the beach, and the backpack beach chairs provided were great."

"Perfect little condo for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and all the great restaurants and little shops Del Mar has. Perfect location and just the right amount of space for our family. The two designated parking spots in the garage were very helpful as well. "We had a wonderful stay! Great communication, easy access. The unit has great views (even nicer in our opinion than pictures.) Very clean, comfortable (great beds), and well cared for. Close to pretty much everything (quick drive to grocery.) Lots of nice little restaurants and shops walking distance or short drive. Del Mar beach is just a few blocks walk south and Solana Beach a few blocks north. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely come back."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were staying at the hotel because it was close to the wedding venue that was hosting our friend's wedding. The staff was very helpful in arranging an extra night for us to extend our stay. We did order room service for breakfast one morning, and my fiancé and I really enjoyed what we ordered. All in all we were able to rest well, and the location is very convenient. It's close to the freeway, close to shopping, and close to other dining options. We didn't get a chance to use all the amenities, but the pool is very well maintained. This property would be great for groups of all sizes."
